Pre-Starfleet Craig was born in Bozeman, Montanna, Unied States to teachers Lorraine and Alec Muldrew. The two worked at Zefram Cochrane High School as physic's teachers. As such Craig would follow his parents' love for science and attended the school too when he was old enough. A lone child, Craig grew up in a loving environment and was well liked by his peers.

When he graduated high school he moved to Britain with his girlfriend at the time, Melissa, and the two went to the University of Manchester. While at Caltech he obtained a first class Bachelor of Science and Master of Philosophy degrees in physics. In his last year he broke up with Melissa as he wanted to join Starfleet while she wanted to go on to get her doctorate.
Starfleet Career After attending Starfleet Training Command for two years on their accelerated program, Craig was assigned to the Daedalus-class ship Gemini (NCC-107). Here he was able to apply his knowledge and eagerness in to real life practical situations.

He enjoyed his time on the Gemini and became close friends with the ship's chief engineer, Roman Burton. The two formed a brotherly friendship as they were both quite similar in the way they thought. Eventually Roman made Craig the Gemini's second engineer, a position he gained quite early in his career and one he enjoyed immensely.

In October 2153 the ship was boarded my unknown mercenaries while it was on patrol. The ship was overrun by them and eventually captured. Roman and Craig saved the Gemini. Roman had developed a plan to trick the invaders in to thinking the ship was about to explode. Craig had been one of the key players in the plan, he was the architect who was able to make the warp nacelles look like they were overloading. The two of them had been commended for their efforts for that moment.

After Roman had left Gemini, Craig had requested a transfer to Starfleet R&D in Tokyo. There he worked on a number of research projects, from improving phase cannons, to working on seveal experimental projects like Starfleet's development in energy shielding and tractor beam technology.

In May 2155 Roman had been transferred to Discovery (NX-04), he quickly called Craig and asked him to join him as his second engineer again, a request Craig automatically agreed to. He knew that being on one of the prides of Starfleet would bring great things for his career.

Family Craig is very close to his parents, in particular with his father. The two of them have a very close father-son relationship, in particular when he was younger his father used to take Craig on a number of weekend camping trips. Craig is close to his mother too, with her being the one he normally finds debating over the latest topics in the physic's community, something they both enjoy.
Romance Melissa Styles: Craig's only serious relationship. Craig and Melissa were quite the "it" couple during High School however when they reach university they soon realised they both wanted seperate lives. Their high school romance soon faded and the two seperated amicable. They still remain in touch with each other though.
Friendships Roman Burton: Craig and Roman are very close, with the two of them serving on the Gemini for over a year together. Captain Rostami had called them his walking talking miracle workers when he needed a problem solving. The two of them share many interests. They care for each other a lot to the point that Craig could no longer remain on the Gemini after Roman had left it.

Physical Description Craig is slim in build however he keeps himself fit by regularly working out.
General Personality Craig is a very outgoing person and enjoys socialising with people. He comes across as confident with his line of work however he is never arrogant with it. Craig is a dependable and trustworthy individual who is able to work as part of a team as well as lead one too.
Strengths & Weaknesses Craig enjoys his work too much that sometimes he gets himself wrapped up in to it too much. However on the flip side when he is not immersed in to a research project he is always up for socialising with others. Originally when he joined Starfleet he came across as a bit naïve to what rests in deep space however he always tries be the ever optimistic in every situation.
Ambitions Craig would like to eventually be a chief engineer.
