Everyone,

This is just a note to let you know that our XO and Armoury Officer playing Dewitt Cayne has resigned from the sim, as he's been struggling to mesh in with the era we're simming in. It's a perfectly acceptable reason, considering that we are out of the norm for most of the sims found out there, and I hope to carry on simming with him in the other sims he is on in the fleet.

For the time being, Mike has given me permission to NPC the character, so all will continue as normal for now, but the character will be killed off while we are en-route to Deneva as an extra part of the plot - more details will be coming on that soon.

The other Mike, playing our science officer Leo Carpegiani has agreed to take up the sim's XO spot from here on in. If you know anyone who would be interested in filling our vacant armoury officer post (or indeed our still empty helm and MACO postings), please send them my way
