Not sure where it's best to ask this, so here will do. How do I get the rank graphics in my character's service record? |

You need to use HTML < img > tags. You should have access to the other bios on the site, so feel free to go into the edit view on mine to look at how I've done it and copy that to yours |

I have a question about Leo, if you would indulge me. How do you think Leo will balance his command duties and his passion of science/exploration? |

Good question, and one I've been thinking about during sparse spare moments of late. He's in Starfleet to explore and further his own, and humanity's, understanding of the universe. Command has never really entered into his thinking, being content to simply study and explore. When the First Officer position lands on his lap, he'll be surprised and will have some self-doubt. But he's a perfectionist and works hard at anything he sets his mind to so he will do his utmost to do his duty. I've been thinking of a post where he discusses the promotion with his most trusted confidant (his cat) that would be an interesting way for him to work through some of those issues. He'll probably also study Captain Curtis a lot and do a ton of reading about leadership and other exemplar captains. He will feel that classic tension between military and science particularly strongly and come down on the side of science every time, but he'll be pragmatic about it. He'll know that we have to blow the Romulan drone out of the sky in order to give us a chance at studying that nearby proto-nebula formation. It will be a bumpy transition at times, but he will persevere and I think will grow into the role. I'm not sure where it will ultimately lead him, so I'm keen to discover that as well. |
